DEA Home Property Management Team, (DEA) is a professional national field service company based in Alabaster, Alabama specializing in high volume single-family real estate. DEA's philosophy and approach to asset management has separated it from the masses and has recently landed DEA with three different contracts with M&M contractors which have HUD Management and Marketing Contracts. In 1996, HUD implemented a plan that outsourced its asset management function to private real estate asset management companies. The resulting private-public partnerships, via a stringent bidding process, landed DEA with contracts(Thru the M&M contractors) to manage approximately 10,000 single family HUD Homes in Alabama, , Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and California. The sales will return more than a half billion dollars of taxpayer money to the FHA Fund.

DEA just recently agreed to a contract to do all QC inspections on Fannie Mae properties in 8 states which include:

Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Indiana, Iowa, Utah, South Dakota and Montana.
